- Drive efficient platform launches and time-to-revenue
- Align internal workstreams before go-live
- Provide oversight of onboarding readiness criteria
- Ensure efficient, compliant, and risk-free platform launches
- Participate in discussions with platform project owners
- Ensure proposed solutions align with platform capabilities
- Provide technical and operational input for implementations
- Identify technical, operational, or regulatory risks early
- Coordinate platform onboarding and expansion initiatives
- Lead cross-functional alignment for platform launches
- Maintain visibility across technical integration and validation
- Track onboarding milestones and manage dependencies
- Identify and resolve risks, gaps, or blockers
- Support technical onboarding with partner engineering teams
- Ensure integration architecture aligns with best practices
- Review integration progress and validate technical readiness
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering on technical risks
- Establish and manage go-live readiness checklists
- Validate required approvals before platform activation
- Define operational processes before launch
- Ensure structured handover to Support and Operations
- Confirm platform team understanding of operational processes
- Monitor early-life platform performance
- Identify and improve onboarding friction points
- Improve onboarding documentation and enablement materials
- Define and monitor key onboarding KPIs
- Collaborate on operational impacts from roadmap changes
