- Demonstrate solutions to potential customers
- Identify customer issues and product improvement opportunities
- Develop prototypes based on customer requirements
- Create proof-of-concepts for specific technical needs
- Solve problems in a proactive and professional manner
- Manage customer inquiries via ticketing and email
- Write technical documentation and create FAQs
- Assist in building the online community
