Aufgaben
- Steer complex software-driven projects
- Interface with customers, software teams, and product management
- Deliver quality software projects on time, meeting customer satisfaction
- Lead customer software projects (6-12 months)
- Act as primary software contact for customers
- Conduct customer presentations, demos, and reviews
- Clearly present and explain software to diverse stakeholders
- Represent Quantum Systems’ software solutions
- Ensure consistent, professional customer experience
- Oversee software project schedule, quality, and execution
- Translate customer needs into feasible software requirements

- Coordinate with software development, testing, release, and configuration teams
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Drive issues to resolution
- Support customer project phases and agile delivery milestones
- Align customer expectations with product strategy and software capabilities
