- 5+ years as Software Engineer
- Very strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js
- Familiarity with React is a plus
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs
- Familiarity with AI-native development patterns
- Comfort reasoning about AI reliability and risk
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or DocumentDB
- Event-driven systems (Kafka or similar) are a bonus
- Comfort working in AWS environments with Docker
- Comfort working with CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of DDD, SOLID principles
- Solid understanding of modern system design
- Experience writing unit, integration, and contract tests
- Experience testing non-deterministic AI components
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, payments, or banking integrations
- Genuine curiosity to learn the domain
- Clear communicator, technical discussion
- Clear communicator, product conversation
- Fluent in English
- German or other languages are a plus
- Willingness to apply even if not all boxes ticked

- Contribute to Admin Experience team
- Design and develop secure, well-tested features
- Work on TypeScript/Node.js backend and React frontend
- Contribute to API-first infrastructure
- Build AI-powered features using Claude and Gemini
- Implement intelligent claims automation
- Develop LLM-assisted OPS tooling
- Design agentic workflows
- Replace manual ops tasks with LLM-orchestrated processes
- Work across full stack with PostgreSQL, Redis, DocumentDB, Kafka, and AWS
- Collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, Finance, and Operations
- Turn business requirements into reliable solutions
- Drive technical improvements in quality, performance, and security
- Ensure compliance with BaFin, DORA, and EU regulations
- Maintain security and data integrity in AI processes
