- Build and maintain PPRO’s main payment processing engine
- Design and roll out end-to-end products and services
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Share knowledge and build creative solutions
- Collaborate closely with team members through pair programming
- Communicate asynchronously via ADRs and RFCs
- Participate in on-demand brainstorming sessions
- Use latest technologies to solve large-scale customer problems
- Ensure platform is fully-featured, scalable, reliable, cost-efficient, secure, and auditable
- Reduce customer integration efforts
- Enable new payment methods efficiently
