Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in software development and at least 2 years working with AWS ElasticSearch/OpenSearch
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin with hands-on experience
- Prior experience in creating and managing AWS resources and familiarity with Infrastructure as code
- Business focus with ability to critically question product managers and UX designers
- Deep passion for machine learning and search systems with proven record of delivering high-quality products
- Extensive experience in designing, building, testing, debugging, and optimizing code for large-scale distributed systems
- Experience in React & Typescript is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional team
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Strong commitment to continuous learning, curiosity, and knowledge sharing within the team

- Own and evolve the AWS OpenSearch infrastructure
- Design and deliver innovative search features
- Architect scalable backend solutions using Java/SpringBoot
- Drive technical innovation in search and AI
- Mentor and elevate the team's technical capabilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot search system reliability
- Continuously improve search system performance
