- Experience integrating or operating LLMs or ML models in production
- Strong experience with observability (logging, metrics, dashboards)
- Strong experience debugging complex production issues
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of Python development
- Ability to drive stakeholder discussions
- Ability to align delivery across teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Genuine curiosity about system behavior in production
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in ISO 27001 / GDPR-compliant environment (plus)
