- Participate in architectural discussions
- Make pragmatic trade-offs for customer value
- Tackle challenging, open-ended problems
- Collaborate with senior peers and product managers
- Define and break down complex problems into actionable plans
- Lead cross-team initiatives
- Ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Champion a culture of experimentation
- Use proofs of concept and low-cost experiments
- Validate architectural choices and improve planning
- Mitigate risks through experimentation
- Work closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists
- Shape product decisions and integrate cutting-edge services
- Champion effective use of AI-powered tools
- Accelerate development with AI Agentic Engineering
