Anforderungen

• •Experience in PLC or OT technologies
• •Willingness to adopt modern software engineering
• •Operation of large-scale software/OT systems
• •Experience in strong operational cultures
• •PLC programming skills
• •Robot programming skills
• •Knowledge of OPC-UA
• •Knowledge of MQTT (advantageous)
• •Python, C++, or C# skills
• •Familiarity with production monitoring and alerting
• •Experience with SLAs and SLOs
• •Willingness to travel for site visits

Aufgaben

• •Transform digital models into physical elements
• •Evolve traditional MES architecture into software-defined manufacturing
• •Integrate systems via OPC-UA with PLCs
• •Manage underlying infrastructure and build pipelines
• •Oversee automated testing and release management
• •Monitor and support rollout and operations
• •Develop solutions for full manufacturing order simulation
• •Operate and troubleshoot software during factory hours
• •Explain existing vendor PLC and OT codebases
• •Maintain software uptime, latency, and efficiency
• •Bridge digital delivery with physical manufacturing systems
• •Define and evolve SLAs, SLOs, and OEE metrics
