- In-depth knowledge of cloud providers and services/APIs
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes microservices architectures
- Confident presentation and strong influence skills
- Proficiency in Typescript, Javascript, or Go
- Ability to create and consume Rest APIs
- Outcome over output-based mindset
- Start-small-learn-fast attitude
- Empathy for developers and passion for internal platforms
- Experience leveraging AI tools for problem-solving
- Experience designing/operating cloud network architecture (Bonus)
- Experience with AWS CDK, Python, Kotlin/Java (Bonus)
- Experience building/maintaining backstage.io portals (Bonus)
- Support for professional development of people with disabilities
