- Experience building distributed systems in cloud
- SQL proficiency for platform database interaction
- Deep understanding of release management and testing
- Interest in solving complex technical challenges

- Ensure observability offering runs continuously
- Develop innovative features to attract customers
- Resolve escalated support issues for external customers
- Collaborate with customers to understand and solve needs
- Guide team in implementing key platform features
- Maintain and ensure performance of platform features
- Empower team to address foundational and production issues
- Communicate and collaborate effectively within and across teams
- Model transparency for peers
