- Familiarity with TypeScript is a welcome plus
- Clear communication skills in English
- Sufficient German for everyday collaboration is a welcome plus
Aufgaben
- Design and implement robust backend systems
- Work with senior engineers on low-level networking
- Develop, test, and deploy core backend components
- Focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
- Implement network-layer solutions in Java
- Handle HTTP tunnelling, TCP/IP communication, and Netty pipelines
- Build and maintain load balancing strategies
- Understand high-availability in distributed systems
- Design integrations for cloud and on-premises data
- Ensure seamless operations experience
- Contribute to technical designs
- Participate in code reviews
- Integrate AI tools into engineering workflow
- Accelerate engineering and automate tasks
- Improve code quality and explore solutions
- Collaborate with QA and Product teams
- Deliver reliable, high-quality releases
