- Deep understanding of multithreading, async, parallel programming
- Proficiency in software testing processes and tools (unit, load/performance testing)
- Good WebApi development experience (REST, gRPC)
- Proficiency in service communication via Messaging solutions (TIBCO, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Solid experience with advanced database concepts (indexes, transaction isolation)
- Good experience troubleshooting performance incidents with diagnostic tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana)
