- Partner with product managers and scientists to understand user needs
- Translate user needs into actionable technical specifications
- Provide technical guidance and conduct design reviews for engineering excellence
- Advocate for best practices in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Contribute across the stack as needed, beyond core expertise
