- Understanding of enterprise requirements (security, audits, availability)
- Experience with productive voice systems, bots, or dialog platforms
- Experience with productive LLM frameworks and agentic patterns
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with product management to define work packages
- Guard the development process and ensure quality
- Proactively take responsibility and challenge the status quo
- Enhance existing services and build new components
- Implement LLMs, conversational AI, and agentic systems in production
- Further develop the core platform, including frontend and backend services
- Build and integrate LLM-based components like decision logic and assistant systems
- Develop intelligent voice and chatbots for inbound and outbound interactions
- Contribute to agentic AI approaches, including autonomous workflows and multi-step reasoning
- Work closely with Product, Data Science, and customer-facing teams
- Ensure compliance and traceability for AI-driven functionalities
- Shape the responsible integration of agentic AI into real-world processes
