In this role, you will enhance the reliability and scalability of the Database Platform while collaborating with product teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring colleagues, leading incident management, and shaping the team's strategic direction.

Anforderungen

  • •Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure
  • •Expertise with operational data storage solutions (PostgreSQL, AmazonRDS, S3 or similar)
  • •Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)
  • •Strong experience in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • •Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar)
  • •Familiarity with networking and security best practices in cloud environments
  • •Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
  • •Experience in scaled operational storage solution production systems
  • •In-depth knowledge of database internals including performance tuning, high-availability architecture, backup and recovery strategies, and sharding/clustering
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • •Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving
  • •Passion for building high-quality, scalable, and secure infrastructure
  • •Eagerness to learn and contribute to building platforms as products

  • •Shape the team's strategy, roadmap, and architecture
  • •Lead incident management and troubleshooting efforts
  • •Define and maintain observability solutions for availability targets
