- Advanced knowledge of CMDB hierarchy
- Strong communication skills

- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Problem-solving skills under tight timelines
- Experience with HRSD implementations

Aufgaben
- Lead ServiceNow platform administration, enhancement, and sustainment
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring platform reliability and security
- Drive development of new capabilities, integrations, and automations
- Serve as technical advisor, translating mission needs into solutions
- Guide configuration management, documentation, and governance practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolution
- Contribute to modernization strategies and platform roadmaps
- Perform advanced administration, configuration, and maintenance
- Develop custom applications, flows, business rules, and scripts
- Develop integrations using approved DoD frameworks and security standards
- Manage platform security, including ACLs, roles, and data policies
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements
- Configure, maintain, and optimize ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, SPM, and Service Catalog modules
- Lead testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Provide expert guidance to junior administrators and support teams
- Ensure adherence to best practices and DoD policies
- Interface with government customers to gather requirements
- Propose solutions and deliver technical briefings
