- Fixing root causes in PRs
- Security conscience without bottlenecking
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Excited to define threat model
- Willingness to build with v0
- Understanding products end to end
- Existing v0 user
- Familiarity with Vercel's product line
- Hands-on sandboxing experience
- Hands-on container isolation experience
- Hands-on multi-tenant systems experience
- Prompt injection / LLM application security research
- Shipped a coding agent end to end
- Shipped a dev tool end to end
- Shipped a code-generation product end to end
- Relevant security certifications (OSCP, OSWE) or notable bug bounty / CTF history (nice to have)
- Enjoy building content and talking publicly
Aufgaben
- Proactively hunt for vulnerabilities in v0 code and systems
- Ship fixes for identified security issues
- Design and implement security features in v0 products
- Review and approve new v0 features and launches for security
- Manage Vercel's HackerOne relationship for v0
- Triage and validate HackerOne reports
- Drive fixes for security issues reported by researchers
- Maintain and refine v0 threat models
- Harden code execution boundaries and sandboxing
- Create security guardrails for v0 engineers
- Partner with central Product Security on threat models and tooling
- Respond to v0-specific security incidents
- Understand and mitigate potential misuse of v0 by users or agents
- Ensure secure code generation and execution
- Prevent reintroduction of known bug classes in new features
