- Proficient understanding of security-focused cloud architecture and networks

- Hands-on experience securing cloud environments, at least for AWS
- Relevant security and/or DevOps certifications, such as CKS, etc. (ideal)

- Programming experience, preferably with JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java, Rust, or Haskell
- Thorough understanding of security code reviews, bug triage (CVSS), and vulnerability management
- Practical understanding of basic cryptographic ciphers/algorithms and protocols/concepts (Elliptic Curve, TLS, PKI, MLS)
- Strong understanding of application security frameworks like OWASP Top 10
- Thorough knowledge of OAuth, SSO, Identity and Access Management systems
- Willingness to undergo S2 security check of the German Government
- Experienced software engineer with proven track record of building and scaling secure mobile applications
