- 3+ years pharmaceutical development experience (pharma, biotech, or CRO)
- Focus on modeling and simulation
- Training in PK/PD, modeling and simulation
- Excellent communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with CSL’s disease therapeutic areas
- Highly desirable experience across multiple therapeutic areas and modalities
- Understanding of complex issues
Aufgaben
- Monitor non-clinical PK/TK studies (GLP/non-GLP)
- Support modeling activities
- Design nonclinical PK/QSP studies
- Oversee nonclinical PK/QSP studies
- Interpret nonclinical PK/QSP study results
- Support regulatory submissions and drug development
- Conduct PK, PBPK, QSP modeling
- Work with external collaborators
- Prepare regulatory nonclinical submission documents
- Review regulatory nonclinical submission documents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Manage projects and processes
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Coach lower-level professionals
- Review work of lower-level professionals
- Contribute to scientific experiment planning and execution
- Evaluate and report scientific experiments with integrity
- Collaborate with team members on research projects
- Provide expertise to team members
- Achieve research project objectives
