- Facilitate or co-lead therapeutic program development
- Initiate and support therapeutic programs
- Drive rapid, evidence-based go/no-go decisions

- Select and design high-quality compounds
- Plan and execute research projects
- Provide guidance on modality choice and lead finding
- Assess feasibility of therapeutic strategies
