- PhD and PostDoc in synthetic organic chemistry
- Experience in glycan synthesis and characterization
- 3-4 years industrial experience at previous level

Aufgaben
- Design and synthesize novel glycan-based compounds
- Perform laboratory-scale reactions (mg to multi-gram)
- Monitor reaction progress using TLC, LC-MS, NMR
- Purify reaction products using column chromatography, prep HPLC, crystallization, distillation
- Analyze compounds using TLC, LC-MS, 1H, 13C, 2D NMR
- Document practical work in ELN and QMS
- Perform general lab duties
- Deliver compounds for pre-clinical, toxicology, and clinical studies
- Follow new scientific developments in glycans, vaccines, therapeutics
- Explore alternative reaction conditions and synthetic pathways
- Optimize reaction conditions for large-scale manufacturing
- Present scientific work at internal and external meetings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Write patents, scientific publications, technical packages
- Communicate with CROs and CMC team functions
- Work under quality management system (QMS)
