- Domain know-how in engineering fields, such as automation and control, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering
- Proficient English skills; additional German skills beneficial
- Cross-cultural communication skills, creativity, initiative, enthusiasm, and result-orientation

- Bridge the gap between academic AI and industrial applications
- Adopt cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance industrial asset reliability
- Improve efficiency and resilience of industrial processes
- Drive the future of autonomous operations
- Explore development and application of Agentic AI techniques
- Integrate Agentic AI in industrial software to solve challenges
- Work with various types of industrial data, including textual and image data
- Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to persuade stakeholders
- Collaborate with end-customers to develop innovative industrial AI solutions
- Participate in agile applied-research projects
- Work with global product development teams and technology partners
- Present work to expert and management audiences
- Share findings at scientific conferences and trade fairs
- Secure intellectual property through patent applications
- Develop technical and soft skills for career advancement
