- Experience managing external implementation partners
- Experience working in international project environments
- Strong analytical and conceptual mindset
- Business-oriented mindset
- High level of ownership
- Clear communication skills
- Confident stakeholder management
- Very good German skills (written and spoken)
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Shape global SAP landscape development
- Take end-to-end responsibility for SAP processes
- Collaborate with international business and IT teams
- Develop and optimize global business processes
- Design scalable, future-proof SAP architecture
- Manage integrated end-to-end process chains
- Lead implementation, rollout, and optimization projects
- Steer external partners for project success
- Advise business stakeholders on target concepts
- Define business cases and transformation initiatives
- Prioritize requirements with global strategy
- Establish and maintain governance structures
