- Desirable knowledge of SAP PS, SD, and MM modules
- Profound understanding of value flows and accounting processes
- Knowledge of Siemens-specific requirements
- Experience in international, cross-functional environments
- Strong project management and leadership experience
- Affinity for digitalization topics
- Analytical strength and critical thinking
- Solution orientation and efficient communication
- Initiative and ability to perform under pressure
- Fluent English skills
- Good German skills as a plus
Aufgaben
- Advise accounting and IT colleagues on finance process topics
- Manage monthly closing and reporting processes independently
- Perform regular controls to ensure financial reporting accuracy
- Resolve technical issues across multiple SAP modules
- Implement automated and digitalized accounting solutions
- Validate data in FI, CO, and COPA modules
- Initiate data reconciliations and cross-functional corrective actions
- Support M&A activities and accounting reorganization projects
