- Lead the implementation of projects and process improvements
- Identify opportunities for change with business teams
- Manage stakeholder relationships through regular check-ins
- Ensure stakeholder needs are consistently met
- Guide and support a subteam of five members
- Develop the collective skills of your subteam
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation
- Analyze system behavior to identify potential problems
- Implement solutions for proactive process improvement
- Conduct training sessions for the team and stakeholders
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization
- Challenge and modernize established financial processes
