- Familiarity with Agentforce or Salesforce AI features
- Own solutions end-to-end without supervision
- Ask right questions before building
- Document work clearly, treat maintainability as done
- Communicate technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Design and build complex Salesforce Flows
- Create validation rules and automation
- Support Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Contract Management processes
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components
- Own technical design of CPQ solutions
- Configure product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and contract amendments
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems
- Use REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft
- Manage deployments across sandbox and production environments
- Implement CI/CD best practices and change sets
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Contribute to platform governance and data model design
- Design security model, profile, and permission set architecture
- Maintain org health
- Review business requirements early with the Process team
- Identify technical risks before build begins
- Define and document technical specifications
- Act as a technical reviewer for peer work
- Raise the overall quality bar of the team
- Work directly with business stakeholders
- Understand and translate requirements into well-scoped technical solutions
- Participate in business process design sessions
- Contribute a technical perspective to process structuring
- Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Explain trade-offs, constraints, and recommendations in plain language
- Use AI tools to enhance forecasting, opportunity scoring, and automated content generation
- Evaluate and prototype AI-assisted workflows
- Assess suitability of AI workflows for production
- Stay current with Salesforce AI developments
- Contribute ideas on AI for process improvement and data quality
