Senior Sales Manager EMEA – Ultrapure Water / EDI & LAB(m/w/x)
Driving sales growth for ultrapure water and EDI systems across EMEA. 12+ years water treatment sales experience required. Autonomy and leadership support.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field (preferred)
- 12+ years water treatment sales experience
- 7–10 years leadership experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience leading regional teams, ideally including Business Development Managers
- Strong expertise in deionized/ultrapure water applications (EDI & LA highly desirable)
- Established network within relevant industries and customer segments
- Experience across key markets: Pharma, Power, Semiconductor (MicroE), Industrial Water Treatment
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong customer focus with expertise in solution selling and relationship management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- High accountability, ownership, and results orientation
- Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent English and at least one additional European language
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA region
Aufgaben
- Deliver ambitious sales growth plans across EMEA
- Lead, coach, and develop regional teams
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and commercial projects
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Expand existing key accounts
- Build targeted sales strategies for key verticals
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting
- Maintain a strong, sustainable pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Represent Xylem at industry events and trade shows
- Drive opportunity and funnel management using CRM
- Ensure profitable deal structures
- Protect regional and global margin targets
- Present business updates, forecasts, and insights
- Foster collaboration across business units and regions
- Conduct performance reviews
- Support talent development within the team
