Selling complex capital goods, specifically blown film extrusion machinery for diverse industries. Several years of capital goods sales experience required. Flexible working hours, mobile working options.
Anforderungen
- Degree in engineering, plastics engineering or comparable field
- Several years of experience selling complex capital goods, ideally in special-purpose machinery
- Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills
- Excellent German and English skills
- Further languages, especially Polish or Turkish, are an advantage
- Strong sense for market developments and business opportunities
- Self-driven work style and high motivation
- Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support existing customers in Germany and abroad
- Acquire new customers systematically
- Analyze customer requirements
- Advise clients
- Develop tailored technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with inside sales, engineering, and service
- Conduct contract negotiations
- Visit customers on-site
- Represent the company at trade fairs
