- Drive key operational risk initiatives and ad-hoc projects
- Update the company's risk strategy and policies
- Roll out global risk management governance and methodologies
- Train and coordinate risk officers across all locations
- Manage the global non-financial risk management lifecycle
- Perform risk assessments for new projects and services
- Design and implement annual risk awareness campaigns
- Prepare reports for the quarterly Risk Committee and Board
- Collaborate with safeguarding functions and first-line defense
- Develop cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and conduct risk management training sessions
- Assist the first line of defense with client assurance reporting
