Anforderungen

• •Degree in business, law, or administration
• •12 to 15 years professional experience
• •Experience in risk-management, compliance, or audit
• •Experience working in the humanitarian sector
• •People management or supervisory experience advantageous
• •Risk and compliance management certification desirable
• •Fluency in English
• •Knowledge of French or additional languages
• •Proficiency in analytical tools and dashboards

Aufgaben

• •Design and refine risk management methodologies
• •Develop and maintain global risk dashboards
• •Create operational guidelines for risk experts
• •Coordinate collaboration between HQ and field teams

• •Manage institutional risk documentation and policies
• •Facilitate risk analysis and register processes
• •Advise risk owners on emerging trends
• •Define target risk exposure and performance indicators
• •Analyze risk trends and mitigation efficiency
• •Report consolidated risk analysis to management
• •Build BI dashboards and analytical databases
• •Share best practices across the global network
• •Liaise with control testing and monitoring units
• •Contribute to internal and donor reporting
