- Proficient in RF/mmWave system-level simulation tools (e.g., Keysight SystemVue)
- Experience with full-wave EM simulation tools (e.g., HFSS)
- Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Solid project management capabilities

- Plan and coordinate test and validation jobs
- Improve lab processes and methods
- Enhance lab automation
- Analyze measurement and simulation data
- Post-process data and create reports

- Conduct electro-magnetic full-wave simulations
- Characterize RF components and devices
- Model RF component behavior

- Collaborate with international partners
- Mentor working students
