As a Senior Research Scientist, you will focus on designing and optimizing ASR and wake-up word models, collaborating with engineers to deliver high-quality solutions, and leveraging cutting-edge machine learning techniques to enhance in-car AI experiences.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable field
• •3 or more years of experience
• •Good oral and written knowledge of English
• •Solid background in ASR with familiarity in acoustic modeling and ASR tools
• •Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Matlab)
• •Hands-on experience in speech recognition accuracy evaluation and performance tuning
• •Strong problem-solving skills
• •Good communication and teamwork skills
• •Ability to work independently and as a team player
• •Positive 'can-do' attitude and well organized
• •Self-learner with sense of initiative and perseverance
• •Knowledge of languages other than English
• •Background in speech technology or language processing
• •Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements
• •Demonstrative knowledge of information security through internal training programs

Aufgaben

• •Analyze customer requirements and translate them into ASR feature specifications
• •Define and prepare data for training ASR models
• •Develop and optimize algorithms for wake-up word recognition
• •Leverage existing tools and innovate new ones to meet project needs
• •Collaborate with application engineers and QA teams to deliver high-quality ASR solutions
• •Develop demos and deploy ASR solutions across platforms like Android, Linux, and QNX
• •Contribute to process development and maintenance for key projects
• •Support benchmarking activities and strategic management initiatives
