- Business proficiency in German and English (C1)
- Passion for quantitative market research and agile software technologies
- Degree in economics, social sciences, or psychology (market research, marketing, or statistics focus)
- 3+ years experience in survey-based marketing research
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design
- Firm grasp of quantitative methods (A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, Implicit/System 1)
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive under pressure

- Experience with EBI methodologies and How Brands Grow System
- Experience with market research software/platforms
- Knowledge of quantilope solutions and methods
- Knowledge about different markets in Europe (e.g. UK, DACH)
- Knowledge about different industries (Food and Beverage, FMCG, OTC)
