- Fluency in written and spoken German and English

- Python and other programming languages

- Knowledge of communications technology and test technology
- Project planning / self-directed management skills
- SQL database programming experience
- Knowledge of statistical process control
- NI LabVIEW and/or LabWindows CVI programming experience
- Self-starter, strong team player, and leadership skills
Aufgaben
- Ensure high quality and reliable test methods
- Collaborate with R&D during new product introduction
- Provide DFT directions at the concept stage
- Devise test and configuration strategies for new products
- Design and develop automated production systems
- Plan projects to ensure timely development and validation
- Design specific tests to identify hardware defects
- Implement validation plans for production systems
- Install and validate production systems at final facilities
- Optimize processes between pilot and volume production
