- Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting, and strong analytical skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; high IT affinity; ideally SAP experience (CO/PA)

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Deliver clear insights for strategic decisions.
- Manage timely and accurate reporting (IFRS/local GAAP).
- Monitor and optimize costs.
- Analyze raw material expenses.
- Analyze production KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Support investment and cost analysis.
- Optimize profitability.
- Lead ERP financial processes (e.g., SAP FI/CO).
- Ensure effective system implementation.
- Ensure data integrity.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure full financial compliance.
- Manage internal controls.
- Lead financial audits.
- Act as a regional business partner.
- Provide financial insights.
- Support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Support business transformation.
- Manage financial aspects of change initiatives.
