- •Generate targeted lists of passive candidates
- •Pursue referrals from business and internal networks
- •Execute mobile and email talent community campaigns
- •Engage talent via phone, email, and social media
- •Tailor value propositions to individual candidate interests
- •Prepare candidates for interviews and manage logistics
- •Provide timely application and interview status updates
- •Monitor interest levels and concerns of top talent
- •Conduct professional, industry-specific phone interviews
- •Navigate difficult conversations to gather critical information
- •Assess candidate fit against role and cultural requirements
- •Administer and evaluate skills testing as required
- •Review background and reference information
- •Maintain a continuous and active talent pipeline
- •Advise hiring managers on impactful market changes
- •Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance
- •Ensure strict adherence to all compliance standards
- •Deliver accurate reports on all recruiting activities
- •Collaborate with leadership to resolve search difficulties
- •Communicate search statuses regularly to hiring managers
- •Mentor recruiters and other team members
