- Conduct detailed research and technical investigations
- Lead feature development from requirements to delivery
- Evaluate and discuss technical options with colleagues
- Write high-quality, secure, and accessible code
- Build and improve features throughout their lifecycle
- Participate in and drive code reviews
- Solve complex problems independently
- Take ownership of technical decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders in other countries
