- Familiarity with company product stack
- Understanding of system-level and API testing
- Track record identifying web integration risks
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Risk-based mindset and exploratory testing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fast learner eager to dive in
- Proactive, result-oriented, and highly motivated
Aufgaben
- Extend the Kotlin and JavaScript E2E automation framework
- Develop service-level test automation using Python
- Execute testing strategies for conversational AI and LLMs
- Coach the team in risk-based analysis and testing
- Perform exploratory and automated testing throughout the SDLC
- Identify and mitigate API and system-level integration risks
- Document testing outcomes to meet regulatory standards
- Proactively improve internal compliance procedures
- Lead the internal quality community and share knowledge
