You will shape the quality of a new conversational AI product by blending automated and exploratory testing while mentoring the team to embed high standards throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• •Experience testing AI/ML or agentic products
• •Familiarity with company product stack
• •Understanding of system-level and API testing
• •Track record identifying web integration risks
• •Experience working in a regulated environment
• •Risk-based mindset and exploratory testing skills
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Fast learner eager to dive in

Aufgaben

• •Extend the Kotlin and JavaScript E2E automation framework
• •Develop service-level test automation using Python
• •Execute testing strategies for conversational AI and LLMs
• •Coach the team in risk-based analysis and testing
• •Perform exploratory and automated testing throughout the SDLC
• •Identify and mitigate API and system-level integration risks
• •Document testing outcomes to meet regulatory standards
• •Proactively improve internal compliance procedures
• •Lead the internal quality community and share knowledge
