Anforderungen
- 5+ years of professional software quality engineering experience
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP, ideally in Product Compliance, EHS, Dangerous Goods, or Materials Management
- Ability to derive test strategies and cases from written requirements
- Systematic, detail-oriented mindset and curiosity of a bug hunter
- Ability to explain quality concepts and guide colleagues through test execution
- Comfortable working in Agile environment with regular releases
- Familiarity with product compliance regulations (GHS/CLP, REACH, dangerous goods transport — ADR/RID/IATA)
- Prior work experience in chemical or process industry
- Experience with test automation in SAP environments (ABAP Unit, OPA5, BTP-based testing, or equivalent)
- Experience with test management and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, or comparable)
- Experience with ERP processes in Sales & Delivery, Purchasing or Transportation Management
- STQB certification or comparable

- Coach engineers and developers in test execution
- Design automated test suites
- Implement regression, integration, and scenario tests
- Conduct deep exploratory testing
- Test S/4HANA Product Compliance features
- Embed testing early in development
- Review requirements for testability
- Maintain test documentation
- Report defect trends
- Surface risks to team and stakeholders
