- Collaborate with developers on corrective actions
- Manage the full testing lifecycle
- Provide level 3 production support
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Partner with developers to implement specifications
- Prioritize test cases for automation
- Design automation scripts for backend applications
- Test Kafka, IBM MQ, and API interfaces
- Execute automated tests and analyze results
- Report results and resolve defects
- Create comprehensive test plans
- Write and execute regression test suites
- Log and track defects to closure
- Troubleshoot functional bugs for application owners
- Research new testing tools and technologies
