- In-depth knowledge of intergenerational fairness, labor market and social policy, welfare states, social inequality, or social investment

- Experience in development of comparative indices
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into measurable indicators

Aufgaben
- Develop the work package's theoretical framework
- Lead conceptual and methodological development of an Intergenerational Fairness Index
- Operationalize key concepts
- Identify and select internationally comparable indicators and datasets
- Assess and integrate indicators and datasets into a methodological framework
- Conduct quantitative and comparative analyses of European welfare states
- Evaluate the robustness of findings through validation and sensitivity analyses
- Examine social policy arrangements to determine intergenerational inequality mitigation
- Develop high-quality academic and policy-oriented publications
- Tailor academic and policy-oriented publications for target audiences
- Disseminate academic and policy-oriented publications
- Prepare academic publications, policy briefs, and stakeholder materials
- Prepare presentations, methodological documentation, and website content
- Contribute to workshops and co-design processes
- Manage operational coordination and delivery of work package outputs
- Coordinate internal and external administrative contributions
- Support administrative coordination of required contributions and documentation
- Prepare, format, and submit deliverables and reports by deadlines
- Submit methodological documentation by deadlines
- Monitor work plans, milestones, and risks
- Contribute to regular progress reporting
- Support preparation of project meetings and workshops
- Support preparation of co-design sessions and review processes
- Document project meetings, workshops, and co-design sessions
