Anforderungen
- Engineering studies, preferably electrical or industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in military or automotive industry
- Experience in automotive ADAS or military drone area
- Native German speaker and business fluent English
- Very good organizational and communication skills, assertiveness
- Experience leading big international distributed teams
- Knowledge of business management
- Knowledge of software development processes (Automotive SPICE) and tools is an advantage
- Trustworthiness, commitment, and self-initiative
- Willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Lead projects to develop customer-specific solutions
- Lead distributed teams with colleagues working abroad
- Lead a project team of over 50 members
- Cooperate with the project management core team
- Plan and control projects within the product development process
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements
- Serve as the main interface to the customer
- Coordinate customer inquiries
- Prepare and adhere to the project budget
- Manage project risks and escalations
- Prepare regular status reports for management and customers
- Develop and initiate measures to achieve targets
- Focus on deadlines, quality, and costs
- Ensure timely completion of the product
