- Lead the annual strategic planning process for China
- Ensure alignment with global stakeholders
- Support business units in developing strategies for market segments
- Contribute to regional M&A strategies with the global M&A team
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams
- Manage external consulting partners
- Ensure effective stakeholder management between China and global functions
