- Ability to maintain high-level overview of complex systems and translate technical breakthroughs into executable roadmaps
- Profound understanding of analog electronic and photonic systems for collaboration with physicists and engineers
- Fluent English (working language)
- German proficiency is a strong advantage for local stakeholder coordination

- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review cycles
- Prioritize the product backlog
- Translate high-level strategy into structured project plans
- Clarify scope, progress, and expectations to stakeholders

- Manage technical dependencies and resource needs
- Provide transparent reporting
- Align engineering, research, and operations teams
- Manage technical interdependencies to achieve project goals
