- Support business cases and ROI analyses
- Manage RfP processes and digital transformation projects
- Prepare project documentation and status reports
- Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate international and cross-functional teams
- Align with departments like IT, Fleet, and Finance
- Organize workshops, meetings, and training sessions
- Ensure smooth communication across all project participants
