As a Senior Project Manager - Import, you will independently manage international shipments, oversee project lifecycles, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations. This role involves negotiating with clients, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Vocational training or degree in freight forwarding
• •Several years of professional experience in project forwarding
• •Experience with general cargo, heavy-lift transports, and sea freight charter
• •Knowledge of contract and project management
• •Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• •Team player with a hands-on mentality
• •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• •Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips

Aufgaben

• •Manage and coordinate international project shipments focused on imports
• •Oversee project management throughout the entire lifecycle, from implementation to post-project review
• •Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure all contractual requirements are met
• •Process orders from customer placement to project completion, including invoicing
• •Participate in strategic tenders in coordination with department and regional management
• •Conduct project negotiations and clarification meetings with customers and partners
• •Perform financial controlling for individual projects
• •Maintain and expand existing customer relationships while contributing to new business generation
• •Prepare and follow up on quotations with Global Key Account Management and the Sales Team Germany
• •Support the implementation and development of internal processes and IT infrastructure
• •Ensure quality in project execution and support the implementation of strategic objectives
• •Collaborate with other deugro branches and specialist departments globally
