Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end product development projects
- Develop project plans with Technical Project Lead
- Check resourcing requirements, logistical constraints, and lead-times
- Challenge project contributors on estimates and deliverables
- Drive project execution and coordinate team activities
- Ensure projects meet milestones on time, on budget, and within specification
- Conduct and support project risk assessments
- Anticipate obstacles and prepare contingency plans
- Lead problem resolution and explore alternative paths
- Track and report project progress using IPMA and PMI standards
- Escalate issues to management when necessary
