- 15+ years in multinational organizations (strategy, operations, commercial, or transformation)

- Excellent stakeholder management capability
- Excellent change-management capability
- Ability to create clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- PMP / PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma (nice to have)
- Exposure to pricing, sales-force effectiveness, or go-to-market design (nice to have)
- Multilingual with cross-regional experience (nice to have)
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages are a plus

- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact 80/20 initiatives
- Simplify portfolio, recover margins, focus on profitable core
- Redesign go-to-market strategies and operating models
- Transform analytical insights into sequenced, funded roadmaps
- Build business cases, size opportunities, and ensure committed outcomes
- Set execution cadence with structured reviews and decision forums
- Clear roadblocks for complex, cross-border initiatives
- Partner with commercial leaders to concentrate resources on profitable core
- Price, simplify, or exit complex tail products and customers
- Apply rigor to pricing, product-line, and customer-segmentation decisions
- Connect operational simplification to growth, margin, and capacity
- Drive alignment and accountability with leadership and stakeholders
- Influence across levels and geographies from analyst to executive
- Lead change agenda with new ways of working, tools, and decisions
- Develop communication and engagement strategies for change adoption
- Own governance, KPIs, and financial tracking for initiative portfolio
- Create board-ready reports on progress, impact, and risk
- Provide recommendations, not just status updates
- Coach initiative owners to build discipline in organizational thinking
