- Own end-to-end delivery of training initiatives
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure seamless execution of digital and on-site trainings
- Maintain high quality standards for content and facilitation
- Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the growth of training within client relationships
- Act as key interface to Account Management and Business Development
- Provide visibility on account performance, risks, and opportunities
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support proposal development and pitching of new training initiatives
- Ensure training contributes to client success and account growth
- Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Business Development
- Collaborate with trainers, athletes, and content experts
- Act as a connector within the act.3 ecosystem
- Ensure alignment between training initiatives and client strategies
